It’s also the easiest way to keep our hearts open to ourselves and others.
What we will cover?
You will learn how to evoke the three aspects of self-compassion:
- Mindfulness
- Common humanity
- Kindness
This practice can be used any time of day or night and will help you remember to evoke self-compassion in the moment you need it most.
What will you need?
- A quiet and peaceful space
- Comfortable clothes are encouraged.
Who will be teaching?
Jossy Jimenez has a master’s degree in human development and is certified as a mindfulness facilitator by the UCLA Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behaviour. She has training in Stanford University’s Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) and has completed teacher training in the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program with UCSD.
