Never fear bad hat hair again with this fun interactive workshop. Vintage hair-styling specialist Fliq will take you through the “Dos and Don’ts” for DIY hair styling while wearing a hat or fascinator.

What we will cover

Selecting key styles from the 20s, 40s and 50s you will learn if your head wear will look better with finger waves, victory rolls or an elegant up-do. This workshop will help you master glamorous hairstyles that will take you from track-side to a night on the town with your winnings.

Who will be teaching?

fliq workingBeginning life as a ballroom dancer Fliq has been familiar with glamour & creating sculptural styles from a young age. A self-proclaimed retro enthusiast, she has a keen eye for the styles of yesteryear and how they can be best created using modern tools. She completed her hairdresser training in 2005 and quickly found her niche in vintage styling – which has become her specialty & signature. Her passion & ability for creating classic looks on women whilst working tirelessly to revive the classic styles and glamour of hair is unparalleled.
