In this difficult time, don’t we all need some more play and laughter?

Join us for a fun and meaningful class where we will explore the new, yet ancient, way of connecting through laughter, play and creative meditation.

Laughter yoga is an aerobic exercise using voluntary and intentional laughing (without jokes) as process to clear stale air from our body making space for fresh oxygen.

When practised in a group setting, laughter is a powerful way to break down barriers and create bonding among participants.

This class will synthesise wisdom from ancient Eastern philosophies (Chinese Taoism, Buddhism and Indian Yogi traditions) and new discoveries from Western Science (such as neuroplasticity).

You will leave this class with a deeper sense of appreciation your yourself and for others.
